Designed to reflect the precision and discipline behind their robotics solutions, the new rigorous.co combines a modern industrial aesthetic with high-speed performance and enhanced accessibility.
Mobile-First Design Powered by a Headless CMS
We designed and built a modular system of more than 40 custom components that can be combined to create an endless variety of pages. From product highlights and data visualizations to feature grids and content blocks, each element was engineered to work seamlessly together—giving the team flexibility without sacrificing consistency.
Every component is fully responsive and adapts gracefully across screen sizes, ensuring the experience feels intentional on desktop, tablet, and mobile alike. The result is a scalable design framework that supports growth, experimentation, and future content without requiring a redesign.
Safety Path Animation
A bold yellow “safety path” leads users through the homepage, inspired by the painted walkways found in industrial warehouses. The animated line visually connects each section, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to safety, precision, and smart automation.
As visitors scroll, the path dynamically redraws to fit any screen size or layout, ensuring a seamless experience across devices. Subtle yellow glints along content borders create moments of energy and polish, turning a simple navigational device into a signature brand element that guides, connects, and engages.
Design Exploration & Prototyping
This direction didn't make the cut, but it took a bolder approach—stronger safety-zone graphics, higher contrast, and a more expressive visual style. A scroll-driven 3D robotic arm in the hero section added some extra energy and depth.
In addition to the marketing site, we partnered with Rigorous to design and develop their customer-facing control panel.
The interface delivers real-time system insights through a clean, intuitive dashboard—balancing industrial clarity with modern UX principles. From performance metrics and run rates to shift-level analytics and CPU monitoring, the platform transforms complex automation data into actionable, easy-to-read intelligence for operators and teams.
